Buzz Capital closes £1,1 million property development loan with Capital Community Developments

Buzz Capital is pleased to announce and be part of the proposed development of the land north and west of Garden Square in Rendlesham, Suffolk. The scheme will see the site provide 75 new dwellings, car parking, public open space, hard and soft landscaping as well as associated infrastructure and access.

The dwellings will consist of a mixture of detached and semi-detached properties, bungalows, maisonettes, and apartments, with units ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom.
