Buzz Capital closes property development loan with East Green Homes

Buzz is pleased to announce the closing of a development deal in the picturesque village of Walberswick, located on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Whilst the market in the village is one of low turnover, the village is “an oasis” of high value due to its seaside charm, accessibility to London, Norwich, and Ipswich, and has attracted many famous residents in the past.

Planning permission was granted earlier this year for the demolition of a 1950s bungalow and the construction of two new build residential units. The plans are for two substantial houses, one four bed, one five bed, in an area that is very popular for second homes and holiday rental properties.

With the assistance of Buzz’s property development finance, developer East Green Homes Limited finalised the capital required to kick start the development and work has now commenced. We wish them every success with the build and look forward to seeing the end result.
