Buzz Capital closes second property development loan with Pure Homes

Buzz Capital continues to build a long lasting relationship with Brighton based property developer Pure Homes with a second property development loan to assist the demolition of a detached garage and the construction of a new 3 bed Chalet Bungalow.

The development plot is situated in a relatively quiet, established residential location within the popular Brighton suburb of Southwick.
