Lenders Lunch Club II – Property Specialist Lending

Many of the UK’s leading lenders converged on the Ivy Soho Brasserie on 19 May 2023 for the second Lenders Lunch Club. Seeing old friends and making new friends with some decent food thrown in, the event proved to be a very lively and productive afternoon.

The Lenders Lunch Club was set up by Jason Garrett to help foster greater collaboration and exchange of ideas between UK property lenders. Indeed already some of the attendees have reported deals being expedited because of personal relationships made at the lunch. The first LLC was at the Aqua Shard in November 2022 for 12 lenders and the event has grown in popularity since, with nearly 30 attending this second lunch.

The participants are looking forward to the third event later this year.
